Babatunde joined the Firm in July 2001 as a qualified Chartered Accountant, and has since taken further training through courses and seminars in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, the UAE, the United Kingdom and the United States. He is a versatile professional with expertise across audit, forensic investigations, assurance, taxation, consultancy, financial reporting and corporate services. He became a Partner in July 2004 and was promoted to Managing Partner in October 2023.

Simon joined the Firm in July 2011 from Oceanic Bank/Ecobank and the education sector, and was made a Partner in October 2020. He has more than twelve years with the Firm across audit, assurance, tax and financial reporting, with experience cutting across banking, oil and gas, telecommunications, government and manufacturing, and exposure to due diligence and forensic work. He is also skilled in fraud examination, tax advisory and computer-assisted audit techniques (CAATs), and has trained both locally and internationally.

Olufemi began his professional training with Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co. in August 1987; the firm is now part of Deloitte Akintola Williams & Co. He attended training programmes in Nigeria, South Africa, Europe and the United States, including a brief attachment to the London office in 1992. He became a Partner in October 1993 and Managing Partner in October 2004, retiring from active practice in September 2023.
