The Firm
 

The Firm formerly practising under the name of Messrs Z. O. Ososanya & Co., was founded by Dr .Z . O. Ososanya on 17^th September, 1956

It is the second indigenous accountancy firm in Nigeria and over time, it has grown to become one of the leading firms in the Country.

The Firm was restructured in August, 1998 and changed its corporate name to HLB Z. O. Ososanya & Co.

INTERNATIONAL CONNECTION
The Firm is a member of HLB International, a world-wide organisation of professional accounting firms and business advisers. By virtue of the Firm’s association with HLB International, it is quite convenient for the Firm to handle jobs which cut across international boundaries and by virtue of our membership, the Firm is able to utilize the services of specialists within the International Group whenever the need arises. HLB International is one of the largest accounting consortia in the world with more than 1,430 Partners, 9,900 Staff in over 400 offices of the representative member firms in over 100 countries.

Sanyasec Limited

This is the affiliate of the Firm which specialises in providing a full range of ompany/corporate secretarial services and the handling of other ancillary statutory matters. The company has an array of competent and experienced Chartered Secretaries, Legal Practitioners and support staff to handle its various assignments.

Sanyaconsult Limited

This is the professional management consultancy arm of the Firm which provides a comprehensive range of consulting services to assist clients to achieve more effective solutions to their planning and operational problems. The company has competent experienced professionals such as Chartered Accountants, Legal Practitioner, Economists and Computer Scientists to handle diverse consulting needs.
 

Our founding father

Late Dr. Z.O Ososanya trained in London and qualified in 1952. He served the firm for over twenty-two years as the founder and first Senior Partner before he retired from day to day active practice in the Firm in Nov., 1978. He acted as Consultant to the Firm until his death in July 2008. He was President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in the 1968/69 session and was also a recipient of the Institute's Merit Award in 1998.
